Community Guidelines

The K✦Gem works because people trust what they read here. These rules protect that trust.

Be real

One account, your real experiences. No fake visits, fake accounts, or impersonation.
Only claim reviewer qualifications (K-Insider, residence, activity tiers) that are true.
Own or work at a business? Use the owner-disclosure tag whenever you talk about it.

Never trade reviews for payment, free food, or favors — offering or accepting.
Perks redeemed through The K✦Gem are automatically labeled on your later reviews of that business. Don't try to hide or bypass the label.
No coordinated boosting, vote rings, or "review events."

Not allowed, ever:

Threats or encouragement of violence
Harassment or bullying
Hate speech or attacks on people for who they are
Any sexual content involving minors; sexual exploitation of anyone
Doxxing — posting others' private info (addresses, phone numbers, medical or financial details)
Revenge content or extortion
Business-owner retaliation against reviewers

Photos: taken by you, at the place, focused on food or the venue. No identifiable children without a parent's OK; nothing shot where photography is prohibited; nothing copied from other sites.
Links: official pages only. No spam, off-topic ads, or irrelevant links.
Claims: state opinions as opinions. Accusing a business of crimes or health violations as fact is defamation territory — and it's on you.
No dangerous or illegal instructions; nothing that infringes copyrights or trademarks.

Report anything that breaks these rules (⚑ on any content). We review reports promptly and remove violating content.
Enforcement ladder: content removal → warning → feature restriction → tier removal → account termination. Severe violations (safety, minors, fraud) skip straight to termination.
Appeals: email support@thekgem.com — we answer moderation inquiries within 48 hours.
